Shipping

How long does it take for you to ship out my order after purchase? Most of the common die sizes are in stock in both our US and UK warehouses and we aim to have them shipped out within 24-48 hours, this is in addition to the postal times for each country. A courier tracking number will be shared with you as soon as delivery is arranged. All our deliveries are tracked.

Do you offer free delivery? We do, for Die Sets (and Load Cells for the USA and Canada) orders only. You can find the details for your location below. We have free shipping options for the United States, Canada, Europe and the UK. For the rest of the world shipping we do charge a fee that depends both on location and your order’s weight. Please feel free to contact us if you want to know the approximate shipping price for your order. 

Small Items Shipping: We add a small delivery fee for shipping small parts (Eg. Plungers and Spare Spacers). 

Heavy Items Shipping: This fee is added for our heavy products - (Eg. Hydraulic Presses or Cold Isostatic Presses. Due to their weight we add a 150 USD worldwide shipping fee. You will see this fee added at checkout. 

 

USA Shipping

All items are shipped by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx from Michigan. We can also ship your order by your requested courier service but this may incur in extra charges. We offer free shipping for all Die Set orders according to the table below.

Canada Shipping

Shipping options:

All items are shipped by either the United States Postal Service (who hand over to Canada Post) or FedEx. We can also ship your order by your requested courier service but this may incur in extra charges. Ship times will vary depending on what area of the country we are shipping to. 

We highly recommend selecting the FedEx 25 USD option for shipping die sets as it is a much faster service.

We can offer priority shipping if you are looking to expedite the delivery for your order. Our free courier service is usually carried out by DPD.

Rest of Worldwide Shipping 

Shipping costs to the rest of the World will be calculated at check-out or added to your quotation. In most cases our products will be shipped internationally from Michigan, USA. Please be aware that delivery times and tracking information vary for each country. Customs charges may apply if shipping outside of the US or Europe and are payable by the buyer. 

 

Returning items

Can I return my standard die set?

It depends. If the die set has been used, due to a safety issue, we cannot take it back. If, however, it has not been used and it is in the original packaging with the barcode on the outside, it can be returned for another product or 100% refund. 

Can I return my custom die set? Custom die sets are only returnable if there is a defect in the manufacturing – e.g. it does not fit together (but this will be checked before it leaves us). We are happy to quote for extra parts if required. We cannot take back your custom die set to make changes as it has been heat treated. Usually if you need a design change it is often more cost effective to re-make it.

Warranty on custom or standard die sets:

We provide a warranty if there is a defect in the manufacturing or material. If your die set has broken please send us a photo via email and let us know the force, pressing conditions and any other relevant information.
