What payment options do you provide? The quickest way to get your item is to buy through the website – the order is automatically picked up in our system and in stock items ship out ASAP. We also accept purchase orders for established universities and companies and are happy to work with your institute's payment systems if required (although please note we are a small company so would prefer pre-payment via our website for small or one-off orders). 

We have flexible payment options and can give you a quotation in any of the following currencies (USD $, GBP £, EURO €,  AUD $). Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (sorry we do not accept payment with checks). 

For American customers you can download a copy of our W8 form here.

For some counties outside of the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand we require payment upfront.

So you have a quote and you would like to proceed with the order?

Simply email us with your quote number letting us know you would like to process it. We will convert it to an invoice and return it to you over email. This invoice will have a secure credit card link to make payment through and our bank details if you would prefer to pay with bank transfer. Once you have made payment, your order will go into our system and will be processed immediately.

If you are having issues making the payment - please email us at info@pelletpressdiesets.com with this issue and we will get straight back to you.

Do you offer discounts for students or Universities? The majority of our business is directed to researchers so we have made our prices very competitive so that all of our customers can enjoy these good rates. For this reason, we do not offer any additional discounts.

Do you make custom dies?  Yes we do, just complete the quotation form with your requirements. Custom dies take a fair amount of machine time and man hours; However, we try to keep them as cost effective as possible. Custom dies start at around $350 USD and lead time is around 5-6 weeks. You can also send us your own design/CAD drawing or sketch on a napkin.

Do you sell spare parts? Sure, just complete the custom quotation form with your needs. We do sell spare plungers and spacers on our website (excludes free shipping).
